Prof. Zhang Likui, the chairman of Board of Trustees, and the delegation had a successful visit to Univeraity of Mysore from Dec 15 to 16, 2009.
During the visit, Prof Zhang Likui visited the chancellor of University of Mysore, VG Talawar, the registrary, ET Puttaiah. Both expressed satisfaction with the cooperated relationship and wish deeper and larger-scale cooperation between the two universitites. Representatives agreed to build up Confucius School in India.
Prof Zhang and the delegation visited the head of Karnataka State, Sri Hansraj Bharadwaj. Prof Zhang introduced Huanghuai University and the cooperation we had with University of Mysore. Sri Hansraj Bharadwaj expressed his appreciation for the work we had done the the cooperation program. He declared he and his office would give strong support for the cooperation between the two universities on education and wish the cooperation would develop smoothly and productively. He said the cooperation program provide a very good sapce for the communicaiton and cooperation of the young generation of our two countries.
During the visit, Prof. Zhang Likui visited our students in University of Mysore. He encouraged students to work for the friendship and cooperation of the young generation and wish them a splendid future on the stage of gloabaliztion in the near future.
