Department of Information Engineering
1. Faculty
The Department has a strong teaching faculty of 36 teachers, of which 4 professors, 6 assistant professors, 12 lecturers; 1 teacher with doctoral degrees and 10 teachers with master’s degrees.

There are now 257 students on campus.
3. Laboratory and facilities
It has 17 laboratories of single-chip computer technology, programmable control, sensor, simulation electronic circuit, digital electronic circuit, communication theory, optical fiber communication, mobile communication, signal and system, high-frequency electronic circuit, digital communication technology, DSP technology, three-dimensional animated cartoon, digital video & audio technology, digital image technology, multimedia technology and network technology.
4. Achievements in scientific research
Teachers in the Department actively participate in scientific research according to the professional orientation whilst complete teaching tasks. In recent years, more than 200 academic papers and 20 books have been published by teachers of the department, and 30 research projects have been completed, and more than 40 prizes for academic research were awarded.
